Welcome to the 2024-2025 swim season!
I'm back in the water after some vacation time on the lake and seeing family/friends. It is wonderful what a few weeks off can do for you to recharge and reinvigorate for another season.
Watching the Paris Olympics was humbling and inspiring. I am ready to get back at it and try some new things this year. The Paralympics are going on right now, so tune in on Peacock TV and NBC through September 8th to catch all of that action.
With the success of last season, I would like to take a moment to thank everyone who made it possible.

A Moment for Thank-Yous
TallSlim Tees
TallSlim Tees were my first partnership and I have learned and grown so much during its tenure. Through their critiques and support, my content creation has elevated. I've gotten to step out of my comfort zone and put myself out there. Plus they have awesome clothes that fit me like no other brand! I love the energy they bring and know we are now lifelong fans of each other.
Team Triumph Swim Club
It has been a privilege to represent a local Columbia, MO swim club this season. I cherish the comments I get from the age group swimmers when I am at local club meets. This partnership has allowed me to feel the inspiration I can radiate from participating in these competitions.
Glen Lake Family Dentistry
Glen Lake literally fixed my smile after I shattered two of my front teeth setting a pick in a basketball game in my youth. I wouldn't look quite as good standing on the podium without their expertise. My family has been going here for generations and I am so proud to have Glen Lake as one of my partners.
The University of Missouri
Mizzou has been home for the last six years. Thank you to the coaches for giving me the technical expertise to evolve into the swimmer I have become. As a professional athlete, having a place to train and compete is paramount. It's easy to take that for granted, but the resources available are second to none.
The Level Field Fund and Michael Phelps Foundation
Spending a week across the country for a swim meet is an expensive ordeal. The Level Field Fund's assistance has been great for relieving the financial burden and mental strain. Income for a professional athlete can be sporadic, so knowing that a certain competition will be covered brings peace of mind.
CG Sports Co
Cejih and the whole team at CG Sports Co streamlined the process of swimming professionally. Being able to hand them the ball and allow me to focus on training and recovery gives me an extra edge in my preparations. Helping me with these newsletters and graphics (shoutout Nicole) helps with partnerships and the website is awesome!
Aquaknuckles
Even with a small partnership, I appreciate how much enthusiasm John brings to the table. This is a neat product that can be great for developing a proper catch in your strokes!
All of the clubs I ran clinics with!
Thank you to WEST Coast Aquatics, Columbia Swim Club, Aquajets, Team Triumph Swim Club, Central California Swim League and Clovis Swim Club. It is an honor to pass my knowledge to the next generation of swimmers and you all turned that into a reality!
My parents
Last, but not least, I need to thank my parents! They are my biggest superfans and I couldn't do it without them.
Looking Ahead
I don't have any competitions planned until the three-stop World Cup circuit in Asia in October. The first stop is October 18th-20th in Shanghai, China, then it’s Singapore October 24th-26th and finally Incheon, South Korea, October 31st-November 2nd.
Fun Fact: I proposed to Audrey Guyett and she said yes!
